By understanding both your strengths and those of others, discover how to apply management strategies to engage diverse stakeholders’ personalities, cultures, needs and preferences, and influence their decisions. Award
Trainees who meet 75% class attendance and achieve “Competent” for all assessments will be issued 2 certificates: A Statement of Attainment (SOA) awarded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and a Certificate of Achievement with the course title in it from the Academy of Human Development.
