The trainer made the class very interactive and interesting, communicating concepts very clearly and using stories to relate to the concepts. I enjoyed the class a lot even though I’m not in a relevant industry. The skills are applicable to daily life too.

Rachel Yzelman, 6 June 2024

Learning from the course is applicable for self-development and for use in any profession requiring counselling of some form. The instructor is experienced and engaging - makes learning interactive.

Joshua Lee, 6 June 2024

Trainer is knowledgeable, able to link the theory with applied examples. I think even if your profession does not require any form of counseling, it will help you with interpersonal relations.
