Mr Daryl Tan

Mr Daryl Tan is a Senior Research Executive at Fei Yue Community Services, where he focuses on supporting practitioners in programme development and improving social service delivery in a user-centric and evidence-based manner. In his time with the social service sector, he has also served as a programme coordinator to support students from low-income families in their educational aspirations, and volunteers with organisations supporting youth development and special needs causes.

Daryl holds a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) from Yale-NUS College and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He has completed the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and is a registered Adult Educator professional. His educational and work experiences have helped him develop principles and guidelines in the process of innovation and design of programmes and services from a person-centric perspective.
