At AHD, we have a team of professional and qualified trainers who are also experienced practitioners in the counselling, family life and social service sectors. Our trainers have many years of experience and taught a broad and diversified population of clients and students. They are highly engaging and zealous to impart their knowledge and skills to bring out the best in our students.

To allow individual student-trainer interaction, we ensure that our class size is kept to these ratios:

  • Certificate courses 1:30
  • Diploma courses 1:25

These are our part-time local and overseas trainers for our academic courses.

Leng Chin Fai

Leng Chin Fai is the Executive Director of Fei Yue Community Services and Family Service Centre. A much sought after speaker, trainer, media spokesperson and expert counsellor.

Ling Koon Hwai (Arthur)

Arthur Ling is the Director of Fei Yue Community Services and Family Service Centre. Arthur is actively involved in counselling, facilitating parenting groups and conducting marital programs. He is one of the 6-member expert panel appointed by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to improve standards in the family life education sector.

Ngiow May Lee

Ngiow May Lee is a Senior Family Life Educator in Fei Yue Community Services. She has many years of experience in family life education and facilitating parents’ and women’s support groups. She is also responsible for curriculum development and planning family life education.
