Having been certified as a behavioural consultant, you find yourself wanting to value-add even more for your clients who work in a complex work environment. You want to be able to help them find solutions suited for them and by them.

The Certified Advanced Behavioural Analyst – Behavioural Coaching programme will equip you with the Coaching skills needed to coach your clients towards solutions. The two-day intensive training integrates what you have already been doing as a behavioural consultant with the coaching skills to face the various scenarios and challenges in the offices and beyond. At the end of the two days, you will be certified as a Certified Behavioural Coach by the Institute for Motivational Living, Inc., USA.

The Coach-Approach is based on over 20 years of training and coaching experience with corporate and individual clients in DISC and Coaching. Using this approach, participants will learn how to establish a trusting relationship between themselves and their clients, the client and the manager, the manager and the employee.

  • Learn advanced DISC graph reading and interpretation skills
  • Be equipped with a practical tool to give a foundation upon which they can build future coaching sessions
  • Grasp tools and techniques needed to adapt their coaching style to different personality types more easily

  • Been DISC-certified and have acquired the basic skills of graphs interpretation
  • Completed the on-line PAIR (Personality Awareness Impact Report) Report

Participants who meet 75% class attendance will be accredited as Certified Behavioural Analysts by the Institute of Motivational Living, Inc. USA, in collaboration with Lifeskills Enrichment Pte. Ltd. and the Academy of Human Development.
 
 Trainer(s)


Mr. Terry Philips is known throughout the United States and Asia as a World Class Communicator. Whether it be in a classroom setting, on television or radio, with a small group or an auditorium filled with people, it is easy to recognise his concern for people and his ability to interact with them.

Since 1968, Terry has been involved in training. In 1979, he became an HR Management Consultant, taking advantage of his diverse background and education. He moved to Asia in 1981, where he combined his consulting and training portfolios while a resident of Indonesia, Malaysia and most recently Singapore. In 1989, Terry set up his own company, MTS-Asia Private Limited, in Singapore.

While in California, he carried a double major in his Master's Degree Studies: Inter-Cultural Communications and Leadership Development. Currently, as the Managing Director of Coach House Asia Private Limited he maintains an elite coaching practice with Senior Executives in the region. He continues to do in-house training for the Coach-Approach series and public DISC Certification classes.

With his vast experience in Asia and his warm approach, clients find that Terry's programmes and coaching sessions are practical and yet challenging while extremely enjoyable. As a professionally trained development coach, he works with individuals and companies to offer a unique understanding of the needs of this region and the keys to success.
