1) Programme Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To expand the professional development courses at AHD
  • To achieve sales targets for various professional development courses
  • To liaise with overseas and local trainers on administrative and training matters
  • To handle course administration and organisation of logistics

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven sales track record and eager to take up challenges
  • Possess initiative and have strong organisational, coordination and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


2)
Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support in liaison with overseas and local trainers on admin and training matters
  • To coordinate all administration and logistics work pertaining to training
  • To be in-charge of office administration

Requirements:

  • Diploma / GCE ‘A’ Level
  • Possess initiative and have strong organisational, coordination and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Working hours for the above positions:
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:15pm, One Saturday/month: 9:00am – 1:00pm
