COUPLE COUNSELLING
Objectives
This workshop aims to provide you with the essential skills in engaging couples, identifying the challenges you face in counselling couples and the various issues that therapists or helpers face while helping them. It allows you to make a convincing assessment of couple relationship and to master essential skills in conducting an effective counselling of the client.
Who Should Attend
All Counsellors and Social Workers who handle marital cases or are interested in the area of couple work.
Course Structure
The participants will not only understand the challenges in couple counselling and issues such as extra-marital affairs and divorce, and also learn various intervention strategies through case discussion, demonstration and skill practice.

Trainer
Mrs Rachel Lee graduated with a Master Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and an Honours Degree in Social Work. Over the past 15 years, she has impacted the lives of countless individuals, couples and families through her counseling work, as well as the group sessions, workshops, and talks she has conducted. She also teaches academic counselling programmes at the certificate, diploma, and master level. Having served for many years as a counselor with the SAF Counselling Centre, Mrs Rachel Lee currently serves as the Assistant Director of Fei Yue Family Service Centres.
