The Institute for Motivational Living, Inc. USA (IML) is a proven leader in the field of Behavioral Analysis. As one of the world's largest publishers of the behavioural and motivational resources, IML has helped countless people gain a better understanding of themselves and others.


This certification training will empower you to better understand how to apply the concepts and skills of Behavioural Analysis in your counselling, coaching, and mentoring practices. You will develop a deeper understanding of how people are motivated differently, how they communicate differently, and how their individual personality style will affect their interaction with others. You will also learn how to administer the online assessment tool and create a PAIR (Personality Awareness Impact Report) Report that will add to your repertoire of tools in helping people.

Once you earn a satisfactory score on the examination, you will receive your professional designation as a Certified Behavioural Analyst from the Institute of Motivational Living, Inc. USA. You will be entitled to use IML’s name as a reference or referral for consulting purposes.

This programme is an IACET (The International Association for Continuing Education and Training) approved course and offers 3 CEU credits.

  • Certification Exam

Note: This certification training does not train one to be a counsellor. However, it provides additional tools to augment the skills of the people helper who wishes to apply the insights gained from The Personality System™.
 

 Entry Requirement

Participants must have already:
  • Been DISC-certified and have acquired the basic skills of graphs interpretation
  • Completed the on-line PAIR (Personality Awareness Impact Report) Report

 Award

Participants who meet 75% class attendance and pass a Proficiency Exam will be accredited as Certified Behavioural Analysts by the Institute of Motivational Living, Inc. USA, in collaboration with Lifeskills Enrichment Pte. Ltd. and the Academy of Human Development.
